A 0–100 weighted score across ten signals: funded status, board / JV approvals, rig-class match to your fleet, recency of the announcement, drilling-method match, WA proximity, program scale, evidence paragraphs in the source, contractor pipeline visibility and tender stage. Scores above 80 typically represent multi-rig programs where subcontractor RFQs are weeks, not months, away.
